A First for Everything
Three years and three months into parenthood and I think I have hit a first: I noticed Waylon looked sleepy so I picked him up and put him in his bassinet. And he fell asleep without a peep. Now, I have heard of this happening with other babies, but never believed it could be so!

Martha--I'm so glad I read this today:) as our 6 month old is in his crib crying...we're working on teaching him how to fall asleep not on the boob and not in our arms...Drowsy-eyed-shmowsy-eyed is what I say to that!! Glad to hear that it very well might take us 3 years for our plan to work!! Take care!
I always thought it was total BS...I think we just got lucky today, Lisa! I usually figure that putting baby to sleep is why I have boobs.
